I have tried all the steps but without success. Get internet explorer for mac. I have had 5 times contact with microsoft support but they can not solve the problem. The problem has occurred since i installed mojave on my macbook. I also had contact wilt Apple en they report that my macbook is in order after the installation. They think that outlook 2016 has a conflict with Apple. I have an abonnement Office 365 by microsoft and i find it very annoying that my mail is not working properly and that there is no one who can solve this problem.
