Why it Happens? In order to open a website, the site URL entered on the browser address bar is to be resolved to an numerical IP address. This resolution happens through Domain Name System known popularly as DNS. The technical reason for resolving host issue is that the DNS servers configured by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) takes long time to find a mapping IP address for the URL you have entered.
