A very bad totally customer-unconscious decision. Google must have hired people away from Microsoft, who are known for this uncaring behavior. Think about it: You people at Google have a perfect 'one to many' medium, that users open up everyday, and it does not enter your head to give advance warning regarding changing something like chrome://plugins. May be Google Chrome managers are not aware of it, but NOT JUST ONE, but many plugins are and were still used. Specifically, the PDF and Flash items one had to turn off and on for different applications to work.
