I have a real n64 controller plugged in via adapter. I managed to get retoarch to see it, and all the buttons work.
I have a PS3 controller hooked up to my PC that I've been using on a few other emulators, and they all work fine. Dolphin, however, won't recognize my analog sticks when I try to map the controls. It detects all of the buttons fine, but it won't work with the analog sticks. I'm running on the latest x64 v3.8-845. PPSSPP analog with mouse movement? - posted in Gaming Questions: Yep. Is it possible? It really sucks to play Monster Hunter 3, It feels like Ill need 3 hands to maximize all movement, camera angle and function buttons at the same time. Itd be nice if someone can show me how to bind arrow keys to mouse movement. No delay please if possible.
The analog stick works too, but the input range is too shallow. For example, in mario 64 using the parrallel 64 core, I can walk but I am unable to run. I use the same stick in project 64 and dolphin via virtual console without issues. I can probably adjust the the inputs for the stick globally, but I don’t want to to that because then it won’t work properly in these other programs. Is there a way I can adjust the stick in retroarch itself?
