FileMaker Server 12.0v3 (Advanced) is the highest version of FileMaker Server 12 that was tested with Mac OS X 10.6.8. The most recent version of Java provided by Apple, Java version 1.6.0_65 (Java for OS X 2013-005 and Mac OS X v10.6 Update 17) is used for the FileMaker Server Admin Console.
Services does not list McAfee as a service to be turned off. I uninstalled McAfee (using McAfee's removal tool) so I could use Windows Defender firewall. The below screenshot shows the McAfee firewall is still installed and the Windows Defender firewall cannot be turned on because I'm using another firewall provider. Now it appears I have neither. The setup>programs and apps>uninstall routine does not list McAfee as a program to be uninstalled.
