It can also play your music for you, and send messages to your friends. Google has been working to make its new Assistant more conversational than its rivals, so it’s friendlier and more useful. So when you ask questions like, “When was Steph Curry born?” you can follow up with questions like, “which college did he go to?” without repeating his name. Google Home is also a hub for all the other smart devices around your house.
So with simple commands, you can get home to turn out the lights or change their color, to open the garage, and to turn up the heat. It can even send YouTube videos and other content to your TV.
